Employee First Tracks

As a small “Thank You” and to recognize all your efforts this season, employees will have exclusive access to Sunny Spruce Quad from 8:00AM-9:00AM (and FREE breakfast sandwiches, while supplies last) on Wednesday, March 3rd. In light of COVID-19, participants are expected to follow all COVID-19 policies in place, as well as the following directions specific to Employee First Tracks:

·         Employee Pass & Helmet are required

·         All participants will need to perform their health screening as if they are coming to work and will be asked to show their badge upon arrival

·         All participants are asked to plan ahead and bring their gear home with them the night before to avoid overcrowding locker rooms and being in the way of employees that are working that day

·         No uniforms

·         All participants must follow COVID-19 lift loading procedures, the same as employees follow when on the mountain for work

·         While individually packaged food will be provided, participants are responsible for following all COVID-19 policies around the consumption of food distributed

Please post the attached flier in employee areas and pass this information along to employees without a Vail Resorts email.
